*wipes forehead*
We have a Cybils YA Fiction Winner!
Nope, I'm not going to tell you which book it is!
You can find out on Saturday on the Cybils Blog!
IF you can, and are planning on buying something from Amazon anyway, please think of getting there through the links on the Cybils site. The proceeds go directly into promoting the Cybils and prizes for our winning authors. Or just use the JacketFlap Cybils widget in the right column - that goes toward the Cybils, too.
But I can read something *new* now! Yay!
What should I read AFTER I read my two Ellen Emerson White ILLs (Friends for Life & Welcome to Vietnam) and Wintergirls by Laurie Halse Anderson?
Let me know in the comments which looks most interesting to you:
Lament: The Faerie Queen's Deception by Maggie Stiefvater
The Humming of Numbers by (Seattleite!) Joni Sensel
Wings by Aprilynne Pike
Radiant Darkness by Emily Whitman
Prophecy of the Sisters by Michelle Zink

Thanks so much for reading my book and including it in your list!
:D
I haven't had a chance to read Wintergirls, but I've heard it's just amazing and I can't wait to get my hands on it...
Ohh, read The Humming of Numbers!!! I haven't read that one yet, and I need a second opinion.
I think you'll like Lament as well.
Looking at this post it occurs to me how awesome book covers have become these days.
Personally, I'm all about The Humming of Numbers. I just loved that book and I'd love to see it get some attention in the bloggy-world.
Wow, you guys are really pulling for The Humming of Numbers! That surprises me, I thought you'd go for one of the other covers.
Shane (erith1), aren't they great? There are covers that I'd love to just have big prints of to hang on my wall - like Tanita's book.
Kyle swears I'll have lots of time to read whilst he cooks me my gourmet Valentine's meal.
Hmm, I've been hearing good things about Prophecy of the Sisters. Let us know what you pick though! And I can't wait to see what won for YA! I was on the panel for Fantasy and Science Fiction and it was such a great experience.
I have read three of these books. And I vote for Wings, then Lament, then Prophecy. :D
Wings or Radiant Darkness.
A lot of people I know are really enjoying Wings.
I was almost finished with Humming of Numbers when I had surprise surgery last fall. Now that I think of it, I have no idea where the book went and I REALLY want to know what happened. I was almost finished.
Based solely on the covers, I vote for Prophecy of the Sisters. Looking forward to more reviews, yay :)
