This is really old news but, if you are in the mood for some fab satire, check out David Lubar's "The History of Young Adult Novels." Written in 2003, I missed it (until running across the mention in Cynsations.), so perhaps you did too. It's worth it to read and reminds me of how much I loved Sleeping Freshman Don't Lie.
